Our Story

Hello, Sunshine!
Thank you so much for stopping by!  

We started our balloon business in October of 2019, right before the world shut down.  Sitting on the couch looking at instagram (still trying to figure out if we were ever going to be able to leave the house again), I saw a beautiful baby shower and was shocked to see balloons come together in such a beautiful way.  I couldn't wait to get my hands on balloons to see what I could make!  It was definitely not my best and let's just say I've learned a lot since then!  Working in the wedding & event industry for over 20 years and being a part of so many events, I couldn’t fathom the idea of not having celebrations so we had to do some quick pivoting!  I came up with “You’ve Been Ballooned!"  We started spreading sunshine with our balloon creations and personalized yard notes all over Colorado Springs.  People from near and far were ordering balloons for their loved ones that we installed outdoors!  Fox 21 News did a segment on us while we surprised someone for her birthday!
Literally the BEST JOB EVER!!  

We’ve had the incredible opportunity to celebrate with so many families, friends and businesses all over Colorado Springs!  Our creativity allows us to offer so much more than balloons and we are always adding trendy new decor to our list of services.  Event design and hosting are two of my favorite things!

My husband Jasan (if you know the balloon business/event industry then you know there is always a helping spouse behind the scenes) has been a Marine for 18 years and we've been married for 16 of them.  He is also a high school football coach.  We have three amazing kids who wrestle, do competitive cheer, baseball, football and our oldest is a high school softball coach.  Needless to say, we are busy!
